🧭 Concept Overview

In 2008, a single article led Apostle Sherman and Dr. Jaquet Dumas to drive from Oklahoma to Chicago to meet a 20-year-old church planter, Matthew Stevenson — a two-hour meeting that stretched to six and forged a lifelong covenant. Out of that connection, the Lord began to speak about a movement that didn’t yet exist: Kingdom Culture. Faithful to prophetic order, their pastor’s prophetic company bound a booklet of words declaring exactly what it would become.

Most of those words sat untouched for years — until the Lord pressed a single charge on the founders’ hearts: “Remember the blueprint.” Returning to the 2009 booklet, they were stunned at how precisely God had spoken what later manifested. The through-line: nothing is built rightly without prophetic foundations (Amos 3:7). The four 2026 initiatives are simply the next layer of obedience to a blueprint already given.

The closing turns the mirror toward everyone: dust off your own prophecies, pray them through, contend for them again. There is no new word coming — God is calling His people to build what He already said, how He said to build it.

🔦 Deep Dive

The Matthew Stevenson origin (2008).Doing church-planting research in their 20s, the Dumases found a moving article by a 20-year-old Matthew Stevenson on Apostle John Eckhardt’s website. A planned two-hour dinner became six hours — shutting down the restaurant, continuing in the cold outside. God had knit their hearts to “do life and do ministry together.”
The booklet as a literal blueprint.Their pastor’s prophetic company assembled a spiral-bound booklet of prophetic words — with specific prayer points — about a movement that didn’t yet exist. Reopening it recently, Apostle Sherman was “in shock” at the precision. The four 2026 initiatives were planned weeks before he reopened it — yet already written in January 2009.
Amos 3:7 governs everything.“Surely the Lord God will do nothing, unless He reveal His secrets to His servants the prophets.” Apostolic and prophetic gifts are foundational — “you don’t build anything without what God had to say about it.”
The Darryl McKinney testimony.A former keyboardist, no longer in the movement, called to testify that principles from the School of Excellence — including “white glove service” training — earned him three job promotions and income he’d never made. What people pay thousands for is being offered freely. “Lock into it.”
Prayer is the DNA.“You are not going to like anything about the Kingdom Culture Movement if you don’t want to pray.” A warning against carnal striving that replaces dependence on grace — and a charge that fifth Wednesday isn’t a week off; “we lock in.”
Stewarding the prototype.After two pilot years, Dr. Jaquet was ready to throw out the whole discipleship program, was rebuked, submitted, and returned to prayer to steward the God-given prototype — contrasting “tea and crumpets / Starbucks dates” discipleship with Jesus’ actual, costly model.
Dust off your prophecies.The personal charge: gather every prophetic word in one place, look for themes and patterns, track them, believe again. To the unstirred: you want a new word to move forward — but “there is no new word… build what I told you to build, how I told you to build it.”

Retrieve. Dust off every prophetic word you’ve received.
Gather. Put them in one place — know where they are and what they say.
Discern. Look for the themes and patterns.
Track. Record and follow their progress over time.
Contend. Believe again — and “wage a proper warfare” to see them built.
